The location was fantastic, being just across the street from the beach made our evenings enjoyable for sunset strolls. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the underground parking was a lifesaver for our rental car. I especially loved the cafeteria for quick breakfasts, and it was convenient to have various dining options nearby. Exploring the nearby Ondaretta beach and the promenade was a highlight of our visit.

Staff: Location near the beach, but the center's about 30 minutes walk.
For this level of the hotel price is unreasonable. There is nothing around the hotel.

The view from the room is magical! The location is excellent.

The location near the beach was fantastic, offering easy access for swimming or soaking up the sun. The room had a magnificent view that much more good. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for my teenage son, and the room felt a bit cramped for our family of three. Parking is also a bit tricky, situated behind the hotel down a narrow slope that isn't ideal for larger vehicles.

The breakfast was freshly cooked, the check in was early. The room was modern and neat with very very very good beds, storage space, as for instance, met expectation. The position was great and stunning, canteens and an amusement park are very close to the hotel.

A solid view of the beach adds some flair to the experience. The location near swimming areas provides easy beach access for both summer and winter fun.
Parking is a hassle-it's behind the hotel, down a narrow slope that's not friendly to larger vehicles. The rooms lack basic amenities like a kettle, and the cafe service leaves much to be desired. Getting attention is a challenge. The toiletries are essentially just hand wash, not the quality you'd expect for the price.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the fine beaches of San Sebastián, especially with my grandkids. We enjoyed quick trips to La Concha, where the sandcastle building was endless fun. The kids loved having breakfast at the onsite café before our adventures.
My kids wished there were more activities available for them.

Beautiful beach views and easy access to the bay made it a perfect base to explore. We loved visiting the famous La Concha beach and walking through the historic Old Town. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was spot on. Would totally recommend it!
Unfortunately, the bicycles available for loan were out of repair , a bummer since we were looking forward to exploring more on two wheels.

The room was big enough and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Make sure to check out the cafe for a quick bite before heading out.

Perfectly positioned near the beach, offering fine ocean views from the room. The cleanliness of the spacious triple room was commendable, and the friendly staff were always eager to assist. Accessing the underground parking was tricky with its narrow entrance, and the lack of kettle amenities was disappointing. The café service could also be improved to match the overall experience.
